IPL 2024 Auction: Ahead of the IPL 2024 Auction, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are gearing up to defend their title. With ambitions to secure their sixth Indian Premier League victory, the MS Dhoni-led team has made significant changes in their player roster. Notably, star all-rounder Ben Stokes, along with Dwayne Pretorious, Ambati Rayadu, and others, have been released. CSK's focus is on rejuvenating the squad with younger talent, aiming for long-term service within the Yellow Army.

The released players include Ben Stokes, Dwayne Pretorious, Ambati Rayadu, Kyle Jamieson, Magala, Senapati, Bhagath, and Akash. Chennai Super Kings have bid farewell to a total of 8 players, leaving 6 available slots, reserving 3 for overseas recruits.
