Three killed, several injured in mass shooting at restaurant in New York

PTC News Desk: At least three people were killed and eight others injured after several gunmen opened fire inside a Crown Heights restaurant early Sunday morning, according to a report in The New York Times.
The incident took place shortly before 3:30 am at Taste of the City Lounge on 903 Franklin Avenue, NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said at a press briefing. Police confirmed that 11 people were injured in total — eight men and three women.
According to the police, three people killed in the incident included two men, aged 27 and 35, while the identity and age of the third victim are still being verified. The eight others who were injured were taken to nearby hospitals, though the NYPD has not disclosed the extent of their injuries.
So far, no arrests have been made, and the suspects remain on the run. Investigators confirmed that multiple gunmen were involved and that at least 36 shell casings were recovered from the site.
Authorities said the case remains under active investigation, with detectives working to establish a motive and track down those responsible.
