Acid attack victim's recovery pictures will empower you like nothing else

Resham Khan and her cousin, Jameel Muhktar fell prey to brutal acid attack in east London on June 2017. What breaks our heart is - the incident took place on her 21st birthday.

Resham Khan is an aspiring model who closely thought life has become a nightmare after she suffered horrific facial burns. However, Resham is nothing short of a woman of strength and power as the attack didn’t mar her spirit.

After recovering from the incident, Resham posted a selfie on Twitter and wrote: “Time to stop hiding.” Her post has garnered almost 2000 likes and has been retweeted over 160 times.
