Blast hit Kabul's PD13 and Qala-e-Fatullah area in Afghanistan on Wednesday morning.
Security forces surrounded the area and clashes ongoing in Dasht-e-Barchi area.
Security forces have surrounded the area. No casualties have been reported yet.
Further, no terror group has taken the responsibility for the attack.
