Canadian Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer visits Shri Harmandir Sahib

The leader of the Conservative Party of Canada, Mr Andrew Scheer, and his wife today paid obeisance at Shri Harmandir Sahib in Amritsar.

SGPC President Gobind Singh Longowal welcomed them. He honored them with a siropa, model of Shri Harmandir Sahib and set of Sikh books.

Scheer met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Tuesday. The meeting stressed the significance of strong India-Canada relations.
