Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau won the second term in Canada’s federal elections on Monday. However, due to his narrow victory, he will lead a minority government which will depend on other parties to govern. Out of 304 electoral districts, the Liberals won 157 seats as against 177 last year. Trudeau needed 170 seats to form a second majority government.
