IAF AN-32 recovery operation: Six bodies and seven mortal remains recovered from crash site

After days of the search operation, Indian Air Force has recovered six bodies and seven mortal remains from the crash site of IAF AN-32, here on Thursday. IAF AN-32 went missing on June 03, 2019. The Aircraft was carrying 13 passengers and disappeared near Arunachal Pradesh. After eight days of the search operation, the Indian Air Force found the wreckage of Aircraft AN-32.

Reportedly, the Indian Air Force along with the ground team comprising Garud commandos, civilian porters and hunters launched an operation to retrieve the bodies of the 13 air warriors on board the Aircraft AN-32. Due to bad weather and clouds, it took such a long time to find the bodies of that on-board IAF AN-32.Now after almost 17 days, six bodies and seven mortal remains have been found near the crash site of IAF AN-32.
