Senior Journalist K J Singh and his mother Gurcharan Kaur were found murdered at their residence in Phase 3B2 Mohali, SAS Nagar.
Details are awaited.
KJ started his career with The Indian Express.
His card, TV and some other items were found to be missing.
Police are investigating.
