Two children found dead inside hotel room

According to the police, the accused, identified as SG Imran, allegedly strangled both his daughters inside the hotel room. He then reportedly used a knife to slit his throat in an attempt to die by suicide.

Hotel security staff reportedly heard screams coming from the room and entered to check on the situation. They alerted the authorities and arranged for Imran to be taken to a hospital.

He is currently undergoing treatment and is reported to be out of danger.

Man leaves note alleging wife's affair

The police said a note was recovered from the hotel room. In the note, Imran allegedly referred to a marital dispute and claimed that he suspected his wife of having a relationship with another man. He also reportedly claimed that he had evidence to support his suspicion.

DCP North East GK Mithun Kumar said the note was being examined as part of the investigation. The police are also verifying the exact circumstances that led to the deaths of the two children.

“We are verifying the exact reason behind the deaths,” the DCP said, adding that investigators were looking into the case from all possible angles.

The Kempegowda Airport police reached the five-star hotel after being alerted about the incident. An investigation has been launched into the deaths of the two girls and Imran's subsequent suicide attempt.

The police have confirmed that the children were strangled. Investigators are now working to establish the sequence of events inside the hotel room and determine the exact circumstances and motive behind the killings.
