Motivational speaker Vivek Bindra accused of alleged assault on his wife, faces legal action

New Delhi, December 23: In a troubling development, Vivek Bindra, a renowned motivational speaker and social media influencer, faces accusations of domestic violence against his wife. The case has been filed by his brother-in-law, Vaibhav Kwatra, in Noida's Sector 126, as confirmed by the police. The complaint revolves around an incident at Supernova West Residency in Sector 94, where Bindra and his wife, Yanika, reside.

According to police reports, the situation escalated during the early hours of December 7 when a heated argument unfolded between Bindra and his mother, Prabha. What initially began as a family dispute took a distressing turn when Yanika intervened. Unfortunately, she allegedly became the target of physical assault by Bindra, resulting in significant injuries, as depicted in a video that has since circulated widely across social media platforms.

The FIR outlines disturbing details, indicating that Bindra and Yanika tied the knot on December 6. However, shortly after the wedding, Bindra reportedly subjected Yanika to verbal abuse, physical assault, and hair-pulling, leaving her with severe injuries. The complaint also alleges that Yanika's hearing has been impacted due to the assault, with Bindra purportedly damaging her phone during the incident.

Notably, Bindra, the CEO of Bada Business Private Limited (BBPL), commands a massive following on YouTube and Instagram. However, he has recently faced controversy, including allegations of being involved in a scam, as suggested by Sandeep Maheshwari, another prominent Indian motivational speaker and YouTuber. Maheshwari released a video titled "Big Scam Expose" on his YouTube channel, featuring testimonials from students who claim to have been deceived by Bindra's company. Despite these accusations, Bindra vehemently denies any wrongdoing.
