Indian stock market: On Tuesday, India's primary stock indexes commenced at historic peaks for the second consecutive session, propelled by robust macroeconomic indicators, anticipations of a US rate reduction in March, and the BJP's success in pivotal state elections.

The NSE Nifty 50 index surged by 0.59 per cent, reaching 20,808.90 points, while the S&P BSE Sensex climbed by 0.44 per cent to hit an unprecedented high of 69,168.53 by 9:15 am.

The market's momentum finds its roots in multiple factors, including promising economic data, speculations of a forthcoming interest rate adjustment by the US, and the recent electoral victories by the BJP. This combined surge has propelled India's stock market to an impressive start, marking successive sessions of achieving new record highs.
