Chandigarh, June 10: Lawmakers are supposed to enforce laws, but when they indulge in breaking the same, it undoubtedly becomes a classic case. In an undated video going viral on social media, Punjab Transport Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar can be seen performing a stunt and getting the same filmed. In the video, Laljit Singh Bhullar is seen sitting on sunroof while two of his security guards can be seen dangling out of the SUV’s windows. This amounts to a violation of traffic rules on the national highway and can invite legal trouble for the Punjab Transport minister.
