Bathinda: AIIMS Construction to begin Today with a Ground Breaking Ceremony at 10:30 AM Its been one and a half years of laying foundation stone and today, Construction of AIIMS Bathinda will begin with a ground breaking ceremony by Union food processing industries minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal. The ceremony will take place at 10:30 am today. The ground breaking ceremony will be followed by Kirtan darbar at 7 pm, Maur dana mandi, Bathinda. Harsimrat Kaur Badal had earlier blamed the Capt Amarinder Singh-led Congress government for the delay in AIIMS Bathinda project.She said she would not even hesitate in staging a protest, if needed, to get the work started “Things aren’t moving fast to start the construction of the institute ever since the Congress government was formed in the state because of its non-serious attitude,” Harsimrat Badal said earlier. -PTC NEWS
