Punjab govt announces free bus travel for NEET students on June 20 21 and 22
In a major relief for the students, the Punjab government has announced free bus travel across the state on June 20, 21 and 22 for candidates appearing for NEET exam.
Sharing the news on social media , the chief minister said that many students appearing for the medical entrance exam face financial constraints and don’t even have enough money to support their travel to exam centres.
In order to provide relief to such students, the Punjab govt had made travel by bus free for all the students across Punjab.
To avail the free travel scheme, the students must show their admit card and they won’t be charged.
The move aims to support economically weaker students and ensure no students shall bear the transportation cost brunt to reach the examination centres .
