Farmers' protest: SC issues notice to 43 farmers' organisations on PIL against blockade of roads
During the hearing, the Supreme Court asked the farmers’ body, "Where is the question of going for protest once a party has approached court challenging validity of laws?"

It further said that three farm laws have been stayed by the apex court and these Acts are not in place. "What are you protesting for?" it asked.

Likewise, Attorney General KK Venugopal referred to the Lakhimpur Kheri incident of Sunday. SC said nobody takes responsibility when such events happen.
Furthermore, the Solicitor General said, in Supreme Court, that once a matter is before the highest Constitutional court, nobody can be on street on the same issue.
Meanwhile, the top court posted the PIL of Noida resident, seeking removal of blockade at Delhi borders by protesting farmers, after Dussehra vacation.
