Home Minister Amit Shah Tests Negative For Coronavirus

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has tested negative for the novel coronavirus on Friday.

The Home Minister took to Twitter and wrote: “Today my corona test report has come negative. I thank God and at the moment. I express my heartfelt gratitude to all those who have blessed me and my family by wishing me well. Will stay in home isolation for a few more days on the advice of doctors.”

Soon after his tweet surfaced on Twitter, Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan commented: “Wonderful news. Wishing you a speedy recovery.”

Likewise, the congratulatory messages started pouring in the comment section that includes the politicians and the actors.

Earlier on August 9, MP Manoj Tiwari took to Twitter and announced that Amit Shah has recovered from coronavirus. Afterward, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) official refused the same and said “COVID-19 test of Home Minister Amit Shah has not been conducted so far.” Manoj Tiwari immediately deleted the tweet.
