Manpreet Singh Badal
Punjab Assembly Elections 2022: Manpreet Singh Badal is a member of the Indian National Congress. He is the current Finance Minister of Punjab. He will be contesting the Punjab Assembly elections 2022 from Bathinda Urban constituency. He has been a member of the Punjab Legislative Assembly five times (1995, 1997, 2002, 2007, 2017), and has been Finance Minister twice. He also served in the same ministry under the Punjab Government led by Parkash Singh Badal from 2007-2010. He was elected to the Punjab Legislative Assembly in May 1995 on an SAD ticket from Gidderbaha. He was re-elected from Gidderbaha constituency in 1997, 2002 and 2007.
