PTC Web Desk: In a dramatic incident that unfolded in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, two terrorists who opened fire in the village of Saida Sukhal late last evening were thwarted by the vigilance of local villagers. According to Anand Jain, Additional Director General of Police, Jammu zone, the terrorists had approached several houses under the pretense of asking for water.
