“Arvind Kejriwal fooled you”: In response to Atishi's allegation that she was approached by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with threats of arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa dismissed her claims and accused Arvind Kejriwal of deceiving her.
"No one except Arvind Kejriwal has fooled you. He has destroyed several lives before her," Sirsa said in a video statement on Tuesday.

Suggesting that Atishi must be under pressure, Sirsa said, "When Arvind Kejriwal gave their names to the Enforcement Directorate (ED), they felt that they are the next in turn because Kejriwal has given them away.
Challenging Atishi to reveal the identity of her alleged close aide who purportedly received the blackmail threat from the BJP, Sirsa urged, "Atishi claims to have received a message. She should disclose the name of her close aide so that the ED can take action against him."
Sirsa asserted that the BJP would not accept a corrupt leader like Atishi and advised her to inform her associate accordingly.
"BJP will not take in such a corrupt leader like Atishi and even will not allow her to walk outside its office," Sirsa said in a post on 'X'.
Imputing a power struggle within the AAP, Sirsa insinuated, "This is because Arvind Kejriwal doesn't want to make them Chief Minister. He intends to imprison them. Hence, they are apprehensive."
Providing details of Kejriwal's statements to the ED, Sirsa alleged, "Arvind Kejriwal stated that Vijay Nair, who was overseeing operations under the Liquor Policy and residing in a government bungalow, was reporting to Atishi and Saurabh. They have now realized that all evidence is against them. Additionally, Atishi's family was implicated in financial exchanges."

Meanwhile, BJP spokesperson Harish Khurana accused Atishi of attempting to sensationalize matters before the media and cautioned that the BJP might file a complaint against her.
On the other hand, BJP leader RP Singh asserted that he too could make similar claims.
"I too can make baseless allegations. I could claim that Saurabh Bharadwaj contacted me and requested protection against Arvind Kejriwal's attempts to incarcerate them and install Sunita Kejriwal as CM," Singh remarked.
Singh alleged an internal power struggle within AAP and speculated on the fight for the Chief Minister's position.
