PM Modi claims 'jihadis across border' support SP-Congress alliance in UP

PTC News Desk: On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted that "jihadis" living abroad are endorsing the Samajwadi Party-Congress combine, accusing them of encouraging "vote jihad" within the nation.

The prime minister spoke those things at an electoral rally in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh.

The advancements made in India hurt certain forces. Modi stated, "These folks are dreaming about June 4 in different ways.

Prayers are being said for the Congress and SP partnership, known as the INDI, in Pakistan. They have help from jihadis on the other side of the border. Here, he continued, "Vote jihad is being appealed for by the SP and Congress people." "They want to take India back several decades; the development of the country is not their problem."

Modi continued to attack the opposition, saying that the "INDI jamaat" had been mistreating him because he opposed religiously-based reservation and had promised to repeal the Citizenship Amendment Act and restore Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.

"The INDI jamaat is saying that we will repeal the Citizenship by Attainment Act (CAA), which grants Indian citizenship to refugees, and reinstate Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir if we come to power," Modi stated.

"Why do the INDI group want the same thing when this is exactly what anti-India forces want as well?"

"Creating roadblocks for countries that wanted to purchase BrahMos missiles" was another charge he leveled at the Congress.

The prime minister stated, "The day when BrahMos missiles are also made in UP is not far off, and BrahMos missiles are such that their fear is widespread." "Many nations throughout the world are in need of BrahMos missiles, but Congress has put barriers in their way."

The INDI alliance opposes India becoming a weapons exporting nation or being self-sufficient in the defense industry. Members of the INDI alliance desire the continuation of foreign armament deals in order to sustain their brokerage business," he continued.
