Punjab tender scam: HC dismisses anticipatory bail plea of Ashu's PA Inderjit Indi
Chandigarh, October 29: In another update on the transport tender scam case, the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Saturday dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of former minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu's PA Inderjit Singh Indi.
Notably, after the arrest of the former Punjab minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu, his PA Indi is absconding.
After Bharat Bhushan Ashu was arrested by the Vigilance Department, Inderjit Singh Indi left Bharat Bhushan Ashu's house with a black bag, all of which was captured on CCTV. The Vigilance Department has been on the lookout for Inderjit Singh Indi and another close aide of Ashu, Minu Malhotra since then.
