Punjab SIR: Election Commission rolls out first draft electoral roll for 2027 Assembly polls| Know from where you can check your name
PTC News Desk: The Election Commission on Thursday released the Draft Voter List 2026 as the second round of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list is underway.
Voters can now check from the home itself whether their names have been included in the new draft list or not.
Where to find Punjab’s Draft Voter List
To check the draft voter list, visit the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Punjab: www.ceopunjab.gov.in.

The homepage provides three important SIR-related links:
ASDD LIST – This contains details of people whose names have been removed from the voter list.
DRAFT ROLL 2026 – This allows voters to check whether their names are included in the draft voter list.
SEARCH LIST SIR 2003 – This can be used to search for names in the old voter list of 2003.
How to check your name in DRAFT ROLL 2026
If you want to check whether your name is included in the draft voter list:
Open the CEO Punjab website
Click on DRAFT ROLL 2026 on the homepage
Select your district and Assembly constituency
Enter the captcha code
Download the voter list PDF according to your part number and part name
Open the PDF and search for your name and voter details
How to check if your name has been removed
If you only want to check whether your name was deleted from the voter list during the SIR process, enter your EPIC number in the ASDD LIST.
If your name has been removed, your details will appear in the ASDD list. If no matching record is found, the website may show information such as “Unidentified.”
The easiest way
First, use your EPIC number to find your voter details and booth or part number. Then download the relevant DRAFT ROLL 2026 PDF and check for your name. If your name is not included in the draft roll, also check the ASDD LIST using your EPIC number.
Claims and objections can be filed until September 12
After the release of the draft voter list, voters will have an opportunity to file claims and objections. Those whose names are missing can submit Form 6 for inclusion in the voter list until September 12. The claims and objections will then be examined before the final voter list is published.
