80 Students, Principal Kidnapped in Cameroon, Central Africa
Armed assailants kidnapped about 80 children from a school in western Cameroon before dawn on Monday, government and military sources said.
Gunman kidnapped eighty children along with Principal from a school on Monday in Cameroon, Central Africa. They were abducted before dawn. No one immediately claimed responsibility of the abduction. In total eighty-one people were kidnapped. Out of these, seventy-nine were children and they were taken to the bush.

The army men confirmed the kidnapping but refused to give details regarding how and why there were taken. He further told the media sources that most probably; separatists have carried out this operation. But, the separatist spokesman denied any involvement in the abduction.
Recently, secessionists imposed curfews and also closed down schools as a part of their protest against French-speaking government.
