Amitabh Bachchan is widely regarded for his unwavering work ethic and immense contribution to Indian cinema. The veteran actor, often hailed as one of the finest performers in the industry, has enjoyed a prolific career spanning over 6 decades. Having worked across multiple languages and earned numerous accolades, he continues to remain an influential figure both on and off screen.

Known for sharing his personal thoughts through his blog, Amitabh recently opened up about the importance of maintaining a consistent daily routine and how even a single day without work can feel unsettling to him.

In his latest blog post, he wrote:

“A day that felt somewhat 'lazy'... for no particular reason... but not working every day feels strange to me. When you do not adhere to your fixed daily schedule, the habit you have cultivated over time gets disrupted. Consequently, the day begins to feel somewhat disoriented, whereas on normal days, everything proceeds in a smooth and orderly manner.”

He further stated on how disruptions in routine can affect one’s mental state, adding:

“You then find yourself wondering why the day isn't unfolding exactly as you had wished. If we can simply grasp this concept, we can maintain a sense of peace and tranquility in our surroundings. However, for some people, this proves difficult to achieve, and it only serves to exacerbate their anxiety.”

Apart from his reflections, Amitabh Bachchan has also been actively engaged with his audience through television. He recently hosted the 17th season of the immensely popular game show Kaun Banega Crorepati, where he bid an emotional farewell to viewers. Expressing his sentiments, he said:

“Everything feels like it happened just yesterday. I am about to begin the last day of this game, going through these emotions. I’ve spent one-third of my life…more than one-third of my life, with all of you, and it has been a great privilege.”

On the professional front, Amitabh was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD, directed by Nag Ashwin. The film also featured Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan in lead roles.
