ViRosh wedding: Actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have officially embarked on a new chapter in their relationship, as they got married in an intimate yet grand celebration in Udaipur.

The beloved on-screen pair, who won audiences’ hearts with their chemistry in Telugu films such as 'Geetha Govindam' and 'Dear Comrade', have finally tied the knot in real life. The couple exchanged wedding vows on Thursday morning at ITC Mementos Udaipur. The ceremony was conducted according to traditional Telugu rituals, attended by close family members and friends.

Adding a cultural touch that reflects their roots, Rashmika and Vijay are set to participate in a second wedding ceremony in the evening, which will follow Kodava traditions.

The wedding marks a joyous milestone for the actors, whose journey from co-stars to life partners has long been cherished by their fans. The pair has been partying with their close friends and family for the past few days, and today is their wedding day.

At the wedding site, preparations have been underway. In recent images, the wedding mandap and the area are decorated with an abundance of flowers, bananas, and banana leaves. Grand yet classic decorations are anticipated.

The venue is being delicately decorated with roses, carnations, alstroemeria, orchids, and aromatic mogra to create a modern and refined appearance. The decorators revealed that the wedding room will be exquisitely designed with these flowers.

Rashmika and Vijay extended their gracious hospitality by organising lunch and dinner for the media and paparazzi on February 24 for the three days of the festivities.

The couple hosted enjoyable gatherings for their loved ones while staying at the opulent ITC Mementos. The pre-wedding festivities were colorful and joyous, featuring a celebratory meal, a spirited cricket match, and even water volleyball. The couple and their guests enjoyed performances and danced to well-known songs during their Sangeet ceremony, which was jam-packed with dancing.

Inspired by Holi, they also had a vibrant Haldi ceremony, which was followed by a Mehendi event with exquisite henna decorations. Ashika Ranganath, Rahul Ravindran, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, and Tharun Bhascker were among the celebs who came to bless the couple and attend the festivities.

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda took to their social media accounts to finally make their relationship official just days before their wedding. 

"Our dearest loves. Before we made any plans, before we chose anything for ourselves- you were already there. With so much love, you gave us a name. You called us 'Virosh'. So today- with full hearts, we name our coming together in your honour," they wrote. The note concluded with gratitude-filled messages, thanking fans for their unwavering affection and support.
