Fire at a factory in Delhi's Karol Bagh, 4 dead

Four people including two women were killed in a fire that broke out in a factory in Karol Bagh in West Delhi this afternoon.

The fire broke around 12:23 pm. Two fire engines reached the spot as soon as they received a call. The firefighters were able to douse the flames. They are now under control. The factory was used for steam pressing clothes and all the victims were workers there.

25-year-old Ajeet who was injured in the fire, was rushed to a nearby hospital. He was being treated there. The victims were identified as Bagan Prashad (55), Naresh (40), Aarti (20), and Asha (40).

Police has initiated a probe into the matter. Further details are awaited.
