Gangster Rajat Malhotra escaped from the Punjab Police custody in Amritsar.  Rajat was being taken to the District Court of Amritsar, when he found a change and escaped from the police custody. After Vicky gounder was encountered by the Punjab Police, it seems like another challenge for them now. As per sources, Rajat Malhotra is one of the main members of Jaggu Gang.
