Jammu and Kashmir: Soldier killed in ceasefire violation by Pak

An Army jawan has lost his life in a ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Krishnaghati sector of Mendhar sub-division in Jammu and Kashmir, on Friday. As per reports, Pakistan initiated firing at the forward posts along the Line of Control (LoC) at around 2.30 am in Krishnaghati sector in Poonch, in which the Army Jawan lost his life.

The martyred jawan has been identified as Sepoy Rahul Bhairu Sulagekar, a resident of Uchagaon village in Belgavi (Karnataka). Meanwhile, the security forces have started the investigation into the matter.
