Legendary actor-writer Kader Khan to be buried in Canadian cemetery

Legendary actor-writer Kader Khan will be buried in a Canadian Cemetery on Wednesday at around 2:30 pm (local time). He will be buried in Meadowvale Cemetery.

While briefing the media, Kader Khan’s son Sarfaraz said that the last rites will be performed in Canada as the entire family resides there only.

Kader Khan died on New Year after a prolonged illness at a hospital in Canada. He passed away at the age of 81. He was suffering from progressive supra nuclear palsy, a disease that causes difficulty in walking and dementia.

Kader Khan was born in Kabul and the family moved to Mumbai when he was just a year old. He was an amazing actor and a prolific actor also. He wrote dialogues for over 250 movies including "Ganga Jamuna Saraswati", "Coolie", "Amar Akbar Anthony", "Sharaabi", "Lawaaris”. He acted in more than 300 movies.
