Ludhiana: Pakistan Flags found mysteriously hanging with a note in Urdu, causes stir On the 72nd Independence Day, a bunch of balloons in green and white colors (colors of the Pakistan flag) were found mysteriously hanging from a high tension wire in Ludhiana, causing a stir amongst the locals.  The balloons were hanging along with a note written in Urdu language and a Pakistan National flag, officials confirmed. The local police arrived at the spot and took charge of the situation. A phone number was also written on the note, said the cop who is currently investigating the case. -PTC News
