Pigeon with note threatening IED blast on Jammu railway station caught at Indo-Pak border

PTC News Desk: A pigeon carrying a note threatening an attack on Jammu's railway station, was caught at the India-Pakistan border on Thursday, prompting the security officials to heighten the security across the region.
The Border Security Forces (BSF) personnel intercepted the pigeon in the RS Pura sector, approximately 40 kilometres from Jammu. A note was tied to its claw with messages written both in Urdu and English, threatening to carry out an IED attack on the Jammu railway station in the coming days.
The message in Urdu read, “Kashmir is ours, the time has come, it will come,” while the English portion read, “JAMMU STATION IED BLAST THE END.”
Soon after the recovery, the security was significantly heightened Jammu Tawi Railway Station and other hostile sites in the region, according to the officials.
The sources also suggest that the development could also be a mere mischief from across the border, instead of a credible threat.
