AAP appoints Raghav Chadha as leader of party in Rajya Sabha

Raghav Chadha as party leader in Rajya Sabha: The Aam Aadmi Party appointed MP Raghav Chadha as the party leader in Rajya Sabha in place of Sanjay Singh. 

In the official letter issued, Raghav Chadha will henceforth be the party’s leader in the upper house in the absence of Sanjay Singh, who has “health issues. 

Sanjay Singh is currently behind the bars who was earlier arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case related to the Delhi excise policy case. 

Sanjay Singh played a significant role in devising and executing the now-discarded excise policy, which resulted in financial advantages for specific liquor manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers          

Raghav Chadha is the youngest Indian politician associated with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), a political party in India.
