Late Congress leader Sukhraj Natt's son died by suicide after shooting himself and blamed a Mohali builder for drastic step
PTC News Desk: Son of late Congress leader Sukhraj Natt allegedly died by suicide after shooting himself with his license at his residence in Bathinda late Sunday night.
The deceased Davinderpal Natt before taking the drastic step shot a video in which he levelled serious allegations against leading private builder in Mohali and his family members.
He is survived by his mother as his father had passed away in May 2020.
Davinderpal in the video alleged that the builder defrauded him of Rs 4 crore. He also mentioned a meeting with ministers over the matter, which remained futile.
His father Sukhraj Natt was a Congress leader and former chairman of WEAVCO. He had contested from the Joga assembly constituency in 2002 before fighting as an Independent candidate from Joga in 2007 and from Maur in 2017.
After receiving information about the incident, police reached the spot, took custody of the body, and began an investigation.
