Waris Punjab De head Amritpal Singh’s parents meet him in Dibrugarh jail
PTC Web Desk: Waris Punjab De head Amritpal Singh’s father Tarsem Singh and mother Balwinder Kaur met him in the Dibrugarh jail in Assam ion Thursday after obtaining necessary permission.
The Waris Punjab De head has been lodged in the Dibrugarh jail, Assam, since April 23. He was arrested from Rhode village in Punjab’s Moga district.
As per information, Amritpal's parents Tarsen Singh and Balwinder Kaur reached the Dibrugarh airport earlier. They went straight to the jail to meet their son.
Earlier, on May 4, Amritpal’s wife Kiranpal Kaur had met him at the Dibrugarh jail. She was accompanied by Amritpal’s aide Daljit Singh Kalsi's family, who is also lodged in the same jail.
Notably, nine other accomplices of Amritpal are also lodged at the Dibrugarh jail since March.
