Noted writer Ruskin Bond was on Saturday honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to literature here. Bond was invited to the Chandigarh Lit Fest ‘Literati-2017 that got under way at the Lake Club here. The well-known author and Padma Bhushan awardee Ruskin Bond was one of the leading speakers at the two-day Literarti 2017, which will roll out on November 25. -PTC News
