Samrala : Man arrested with heroin worth Rs 20 lakh
The Ludhiana Police on Wednesday claimed to have nabbed a drug peddler and recovered 45 gram of heroin from him.

DSP Harsimrat Singh said that the man identified as Sudesh Kumar was arrested with the contraband and cash from a village near Samrala, when he had gone there to hand over consignment to somebody.

He added that further investigation into the case was already going on and more revelations were expected in the coming days.

Meanwhile ,the police has registered a case against him under the NDPS act at Samrala police station.
