Thunderstorm alert: IMD warns another round of storm in the next 36 hours

Thunderstorm and rain accompanied with occasional gusty winds likely at isolated parts in Punjab during next 36 hours, warned IMD on Thursday evening. According to the meteorological department, the thunderstorm is likely to increase in intensity and distribution from late night 8th June through 09th and 10th June 2018 with rainfall in many parts of state. The weather office has also forecast rainfall activity to decrease afterwards. Ealier, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a warning of thunderstorm and dust storm accompanied by gusty winds in various parts of Punjab on June 7.  -PTC News
