Punjab Budget Session 2023: Congress corners AAP govt over Sidhu Moosewala’s security leak; trains guns on Baltej Pannu

Before Congress walked out from the House, they demanded probe against Baltej Pannu, media advisor of AAP for the information of security leak of Sidhu Moosewala.

Punjab Budget Session Day 4: It was a stormy start to the fourth day of Punjab budget session on Thursday, when the Congress again took up the issue of Sidhu Moosewala’s security information leak. 

Before Congress walked out from the House, they demanded probe against Baltej Pannu, media advisor of AAP for the information of security leak of Sidhu Moosewala.

On the other hand Punjab minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal said, "Sidhu Moosewala's parents have met and they will soon meet Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. But before that Congress and Shiromani Akali Dal have done politics over dead bodies".

Aam Aadmi Party MLA Aman Arora said that Sidhu Moosewala was also our younger brother but he had two gunmen and a bullet-proof vehicle but he took a cart. He further said about Congress that "they are sowing hatred in 'Punjab' without any meaning." 

Meanwhile, on the third day of the Punjab Budget Session 2023, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann took a jibe at MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira. On the third day, as soon as the Chief Minister of Punjab reached the House, Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Waring, Leader of the Opposition Pratap Singh Bajwa and other Congress MLAs boycotted the House.

Punjab Budget Session 2023 will run for 8 days till March 24 in two parts. Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema will present the budget for the year 2023-24 on March 10. On whom everyone's eyes are on.
