A week off for banks in August 2017!

As the banking sector has always had perks over other public and private sectors, it is no exception in this case also. The amount of perks and holidays bankers are benefited with are so much so that every weekend seems like a vacation!

As per reports, the government is also in talking terms to make every Saturday and Sunday a holiday for banks.

Following are the holidays for banks in August 2017, we suggest you get your work done before these days!

12 August 2017- 2^nd Saturday

13 August 2017 – Sunday

14 August 2017 – Krishna Jayanthi

15 August 2017 – Independence Day

25 August 2017 – Ganesh Chaturthi

26 August 2017 – 4^th Saturday

27 August 2017 – Sunday
