Iran Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei unconscious, not involved in decision-making, says report

Citing inputs from a diplomatic memo shared by US-Israeli intelligence sources with its Gulf allies, the report further states that Khamenei is undergoing treatment at a hospital in the Iranian city of Qom.

PTC News Desk: Mojtaba Khamenei, Iran's newly appointed Supreme Leader is reportedly unconscious and not involved in the decision-making process. 


Citing inputs from a diplomatic memo shared by US-Israeli intelligence sources with its Gulf allies, the report further states that Khamenei is undergoing treatment  at a hospital in the Iranian city of Qom. 


"Mojtaba Khamenei is being treated in Qom in a severe condition, unable to be involved in any decision-making by the regime," the memo reads, as reported by the Times.


Disclosing Supreme Leader's locatin the memo further stated, he is presently residing in the central city, 87 miles south of Tehran, and is considered sacred as per the doctrines of Shia Islam.


The memo also suggests the intelligence agencies of the United States and Israel got hold of the Supreme Leader's location. However, they did not reveal it to the world before.
