Diwali Eve: PM Modi offers prayers at Ayodhya's Ram temple, inspects construction work
PM Modi in Ayodhya: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday offered prayers to Lord Ramlala Virajman in Shri Ram Janmabhoomi on the eve of Diwali in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
Notably, it is Prime Minister's first visit to the holy city after Bhoomi Puja.
After offering prayers at the Ram Temple, PM Modi also interacted with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ahead of massive Deepotsav celebrations.
The Prime Minister also inspected the Shree Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra site.
PM Modi reached Ayodhya for taking part in the Deepotsav celebrations today. He was welcomed by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Governor Anandiben Patel.
