Goa Elections 2022: Nitin Gadkari to release BJP’s manifesto

Goa Assembly Elections 2022: Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari is all set to release the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) manifesto for the upcoming Assembly elections in the coastal state of Goa on Tuesday. The Party had deferred the release of its manifesto which was scheduled to be released on Sunday due to the demise of legendary playback singer Lata Mangeshkar. According to the schedule, the Union Minister will arrive at Dabolim Airport at 11 am on Tuesday and leave for Panaji. BJP has scheduled the manifesto's release in the capital city at 12:30 pm, informed a press release. According to the statement, Minister of State for Tourism and Ports Shripad Naik, BJP Goa Election In-charge and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Minister of State for Railways and Textiles Darshana Jardosh, who is also Election Co-Incharge of Goa, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, BJP State President Sadanand Shet Tanavade, Goa Desk Incharge CT Ravi, and a number of central and state leaders will be present at the event. At 5 p.m., he will address a public meeting at Pernem Bus Stand to endorse BJP's Pernem candidate Pravin Arlekar's campaign. The BJP leader will then proceed for Thivim to address a public gathering at Sirsai ground at around 6 pm. Notably, Nilkant Halarnkar is BJP's candidate from this constituency. Gadkari will then go for Sirsai Ground at 6 p.m., where Thivim will address a public meeting. The BJP's candidate in this seat is Nilkant Halarnkar. He will then speak at a gathering near the Ganpati Mandir in Siolim at 7:30 p.m. Dayanand Mandrekar is running from Siolim. Tulsidas Gawas, Vishwanath Khalap, and Narayan Mandrekar have been named in charge of public meetings in Pernem, Thivim and Siolim, respectively.
