PTC News Desk: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to release the NEET PG 2024 counselling schedule shortly on its official website, mcc.nic.in. As per reports, the registration process for NEET PG counselling is anticipated to begin on September 20, 2024. Candidates are advised to regularly monitor the MCC website for updates regarding the official release of the counselling schedule.This year's NEET PG exam was held on Sunday, August 11, 2024, conducted in two shifts. The first shift ran from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, followed by the second shift from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. A total of 1,07,959 candidates appeared in the first shift out of 1,14,276 registered, while 6,317 were absent. In the second shift, 1,08,177 candidates sat for the exam, with 6,087 absentees from the 1,14,264 registered candidates.The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released the NEET PG results on August 23, 2024, which can be accessed at natboard.edu.in.
