The Embassy of India in Tel Aviv, Israel, issued a vital advisory to Indian citizens in Israel concerning the ongoing developments in the region, requesting them to remain vigilant, adhere to safety protocols, exercise caution, and stay close to safety shelters as advised by the local Government authorities.

The ambassador further emphasised, "We are here to help you, and we thank many of you who have sent numerous messages of appreciation to us. We are closely monitoring the situation, so please stay tuned for any updates...Jai Hind."

As the conflict between Israel and Hamas escalates, the Indian Embassy in Israel has established a 24-hour helpline desk for the stranded citizens and urged them to follow the provided security advisories.

As the Israel-Hamas conflict entered its fifth day, the Israeli Defense Forces continued their offensive against Hamas. The Israeli Air Force targeted the Islamic University in Gaza City, which they claimed served as a significant training center for Hamas engineers.

The Israeli Air Force's statement noted, "Fighter jets recently attacked the Islamic University, which serves as an important center of political and military power for the terrorist organization Hamas in the Gaza Strip and a training institution for the development and production of weapons. The Air Force continues with extensive waves of attacks in the Gaza Strip at this time as well."

Israeli Air Force actions included targeting Hamas operations in Gaza, striking at least 150 targets overnight, including the home of a Hamas commander's father. IDF troops also thwarted 18 infiltrating gunmen in the past 24 hours.

Additionally, the Israeli Air Force launched an attack on a Hezbollah observation post in response to anti-tank fire directed at an IDF force.

In his recent statement on X, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asserted, "Hamas is worse than ISIS." The Israeli Prime Minister is expected to hold talks with British Foreign Minister James Cleverly, who is likely to arrive in Israel today.
