Chandigarh Mayor elections: AAP to protest outside Delhi BJP office on Feb 2

Chandigarh Mayor elections: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will hold a protest outside the BJP headquarters in Delhi on February 2 over alleged cheating in the Chandigarh Mayor elections.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann will also attend the protest.

The development comes on the same day that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued Kejriwal a new summons for questioning in connection with an excise policy-related money laundering case.

The BJP swept the Chandigarh mayoral election on Tuesday, handing a defeat to the Congress and the AAP, both members of the opposition INDIA bloc.
