Tension, chaos and scare gripped Punjab’s Jalandhar as in horrific, shocking and unsettling incident three minor girls aged four, seven and nine found brutally dead inside an iron trunk in their house in Jalandhar’s Kanpur Mohalla near Maqsudan police station.
The minor victims have been identified as Amrita (9), Shakti (7) and Kanchan (4).
The heart-wrenching incident came to limelight when neighbours made the grusome discovery of the iron trunk.
According to the sources, the three girls were reported missing Sunday night when their parents could not find them home after returning from work. Landlords of the house lodged a complaint at 11 am on Monday regarding the disappearance of three sisters.
After investigation, it has been revealed that parents brutally murdered their three daughters as they were financially weak and were not being able to look after their daughters.
Parents conducted the gruesome killing of their own childrens by adding pesticides medicine to milk

As per the statement by neighbours, they claimed that father is habitual drinker and the family lives on the rented accommodation.
Their untimely demise has left the community in a state of disbelief and sorrow.
