Punjab: Pastor Bajinder Singh from viral 'Yeshu Yeshu' videos booked for sexual harassment
PTC News Desk: A case of sexual harassment has been registered against the pastor of a church Bajinder Singh in a village in Punjab's Jalandhar district, police said on Sunday.
The victim has alleged that they often used to visit pastor's church after which Bajinder Singh started contacting her frequently about which she did not inform her parents earlier as she was afraid of the self-styled god-man.
The complainant further told police that Singh allegedly made her sit in cabin and hugged her and touched her inappropriately .
A case has been registered against the pastor under sections 354 A (sexual harassment), 354 D (stalking) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.
Who is Bajinder Singh ?
Bajinder Singh, originally from a Hindu Jat family in Yamunanagar, Haryana, embraced Christianity around 15 years ago while incarcerated in connection with a murder case.
He attracts thousands of people to his gatherings, where he claims to perform miracle healings.
