He highlighted the SAD governance on which the Shiromani Akali Dal contested elections in 2012 and won it. Replying to Balli, Sukhbir Singh Badal said that it was for the first time that a party brought department of governance reforms. "I believe that you need to trust citizens. For that, we closed the affidavits systems. We opened Seva Kendras and Sanjh Kendras which assist the common man. On being asked by Dr. Parmod Kumar about his vision to provide one platform to those who want to enquire about their documents, Sukhbir Singh Badal said that "that's why we opened Seva Kendras so that people don't have to knock on the doors of various departments. "We need to bring industry, IT sector in Punjab," he said, adding that "we need to understand the need of the state." On the other hand, Tarlochan Singh asked about the issues regarding 'sacrilege', Behbal Kalan firing case. To this, Sukhbir Singh Badal said that the opposition is trying to demolish SAD as it is the only party of Punjab. "They (opposition) have been trying to gherao us in an order to manipulate the Sikh devotees," he said. In view of the coronavirus situation in Punjab, the Shiromani Akali Dal has started Sukhbir @ 7 to interact with the public.
