Ropar, December 2: Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit has expressed dissatisfaction over "limited reach" of Central schemes to the public in the state. During a visit to Road Majra village in Ropar, Punjab, the Governor highlighted concerns about "ineffective penetration of these schemes among the populace".
