The Met Gala’s 2025 theme, "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style," draws inspiration from Monica L. Miller’s book Slaves to Fashion and highlights how Black dandies have historically used fashion to shape their identities across the Atlantic diaspora. With the dress code "Tailored for You," this year’s Gala marks the first time in over two decades that the event has focused exclusively on menswear.
Joining Diljit on the Met Gala red carpet were other prominent Indian celebrities, including Shah Rukh Khan, Kiara Advani, and Priyanka Chopra, all showcasing striking interpretations of the evening’s theme.
